Each exercise that we cover in our class builds on the previous lesson.

It is important for you to learn and understand each exercise before moving on to the next.

The purpose of the class is to teach you the three techniques used by Motor Officers worldwide. The exercises that will be covered are:

  • Maximum Braking
  • The slow race
  • Cone weave
  • The Circle
  • Offset Cone Weave
  • The intersection (Iron Cross)
  • Figure 8
  • U-Turn

If you are not familiar with these exercises do not worry! Each exercise will be discussed and demonstrated by an instructor prior to you being asked to perform the exercise.
